I find the informant inside the Restuss starport and he gives me the routes to find the smuggler in space in the Dant system. Fly to the Dant system and radar picks up my target. Everytime I start to get even remotely close, he hyperdrives away and the mission fails.

I've tried this up to 5 times now. Am I doing something wrong??

Same thing for me. Im only 1211 in rebel pilot soI cant move very fast.

you have to be faster....I tried it at 1/1/1/1 and it always hyper jumped as I got close. I couldn't complete this part of the quest until I was 3/3/3/3 and had a speed of over 700.....and you have to be quick to disable his ship or he will still hyper. took me about 10 times total to complete this part of the quest. the rest is a piece of cake.

Well, I got past the escort part fine but blew him out of the sky the first time I tried (souped up RE'd components A-Wing). My problem is I'm on Yavin and can't figure out what to do next. With the search function boffed at the moment I can't search for info.
