Thread: V35 Landspeeder... a little proposal (Devs?)

The newest batch of vehicles DO travel at the same flatland speed. Some may feel faster than others. Perhaps it's their size, how close you are to the ground, how much they bank in turns, or the sound they make. But, the objective measurements we've done in the Creature Handler Forum are more reliable than feelings when talking about the flatland speed.

Hello, I don't know if this was topic before, but a little suggestion. I love the multipassenger vehicles, but the V35 would need some tweaking.

It can bring 7 people... and a full group can be 8 people. I think it'd be a logical and needful modification to extend the speeder to be able to carry the whole group. It's a bit annoying that we have the speeder, but someone has to travel alone.

I agree.

Oh, and ID for the WIN.

It needs a boost in the speed department too. You should not be penalized by going slow for wanting to group.

The speeds fine, look at the size of it. If you increased the speed, you'd have to do a net speed increase for a majority of the vehicles, especially ones like the X-34 (which goes the same speed as the 6 passenger one)

Then make the terrain negotation better on it so its more like a tank.

If you take a look at the CH forum (don't have a link now) there is athreadthat says ALL of the new veichals go the same speed.

Umm... no they don't. o.o
The AB-1 zips along and goes quite a bit faster then any of the new speeders. The X-35 or whatever it is (the X-34 with a dome window) goes faster then the V-35, but not as fast as the AB-1. The AB-1 is by far the slowest, and can't even travel up steep hills.

Yeah kinda sucks having an eight man group and a seven man vehicle. One poor guy is alwayslike the fat kid picked last in gym class and can not ride along. If only the devs would refurbish the V-35 and place in another seat...I'm sure they could put a copilot seat up there with the driver. Someone HAS to be able to call "Shotgun!" Just my 3 cents.
