I did a search but found nothing, I have an AA with the title "stat_n:[Polearm damage 4]" what the heck is stat_n?

"stat_n" is the variable for Stat Name - you've got a Polearm Damage AA there, it's just that the name display is borked. It should work fine.

Ya, I know that it hasnt been proven to help, nor has it been disproven that I am aware of.

Just curious, devs did something to the code on some loot and forgot to add a symbol somewhere.
