no, there's a new one and please stop guessing since I don't want to spread it any more than it is! hehe just wondering if it's intended or if they even know it's in.

If it really was supposed to be there, do you really think you could keep it a secret? 
But it's not. It's a bug from when the new loot system was introduced. What the command does -so i've heard -is open a lottery window as when looting in group lottery mode. But this time its what the player in question has equipped thats in the lottery.
As far as i know, you are not able to grab anything out of that players inventory though, as you once could do with NPCs.
Hope this clears things up...im pretty sure this will be corrected soon though!
