Just curious(hopeful), I have a bunch of them I held onto in the hopes that the CU would fix em.....

YES they DO work NOW
LoL ok enough of the capslock key for me (and you too!)
I have a +14 heavy speed shirt and 7 on my pants, my speed mods do go up and my DPS is much better.. I can tell I have it on..
What I'm saying is ______________________________ when I put on my modded clothes while I examine my gun, I see the Modified DPS go up about 100
