If you looking for the ones in Eyyti hunting ground they arein middle of bottom section of the map. to get there just kinda go around the area where you hunted the cow thingys (forgot the name) you will pass and area where you can arc off to kill spiders (dont go there yet) but evenutally you will come to a wrecked village on the other side are wallugas.

Wallugas are way up on the plateaus on far left of map. You can follow the small trail around the outside to get there.
