Wow! How much fun! Spend time getting it just to find out that the rust on the arm must be a result of its nonfunctioning condition in that the +5 to range you are supposed to get doesn't work.

Let's see. Reduces melee defense and takes up armor slots and doesn't give the bonuses its supposed to and looks like something out of the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz.

How long did it take them to create these wonderful end of quest objects?

Yes I have both ranged arms and I can shoot up to 65 meters with a carbine. Carbines are limited to 50 meters now for those who dont know. Oh and its fun to kd running jedi from 80 meters when I equipp an LLC

Oh yeah I forgot you do still get the out of range message over your targets head.

For me i got the speciall move, but i didnt get +5 Ranged Accuracy nor the melee -10 defence. Have to check it it works on attacking 70m instaed of 65.

And, can I some way see the condition on my arm? If I hit ctrl c all I get is a look over what I have a cybernetic arm on the left. Nothing else..

When I had the arm attached I got the /cyborgsureshot that had a timer of 20 minutes and each time I used it I did like 80 damage. Surely bugged. Removed and in my droid now...

All Day yesterday I was shooting crap from 70m. You know it has always been the Rilemen's Dream to shoot further then 65m, it sorta brings tears to my eyes.

I've got the arm it works for me, but my target still reads as out of range even when I'm able to fire.
