its int he singing mountain clan cave, but i beleive u ahve to ahve positive faction witht hema nd bve rebel to do it.

You get the sholder pad with a chestplate attached but you can't equip the armor. It's just for display for some stupid reason.

Yeah I know. I wasn't planning on wearing it anyway. I just wanted to display it along with the rest of the ST suit. Thanks though.
