The level three Named NPCs at Bestine drop the schematics for the Pitcher and Display Fish. The level one Named NPCs do not drop anything.

Well, Bestine isn't that big so just look for a yellow dot npc with a name no title and a 3 next to their name. lol In the 10 minutes or so I was killing them, I got 2 pitcher schematics, 1 display fish, 3 paintings, 1 kitchen utensils, and 2 picture printers.
