looted this AA today and have never seen it before, anyone know its use ???

It is for Medic/Doctor skills.

Did you really loot a AA with post-CU only skills mods??? Hmm...i was thinking the devs have the purpose to make the SEAs useless, but now i dont know what to expect

I believe this skill mod will make doctor buffs last longer.
