I am just wondering if the quest implants are a 1 use thing or do you get them back after you get them removed? thanks

You get them placed back into your inventory if you have them un-equiped.

I'm wondering what happens when they decay...

Is there any way to get these replaced without buying from someone else who did the quest and doesn't want it or using a second account?
