Ok here are my questions?
1) Do we still have a +25 cap on AAs, CAs and Bio Clothes? (pre-CU we had a +25 cap) For example, with the CU I can now buy a +18 Ranged Defense formfitting shirt and+18 Ranged Defense camo pants for a combined bonuse of +36 Ranged Defense. If I go into my stats for my character I can see that I got +36 Ranged Defense, but am I really only getting +25?
2) Do the other items like Aakuan Rings, Stims (e.g. +10Rifle Speed for 5 minutes),Bio Food, Weaponswith stat bonuses and Cyberneticscount towards this +25 cap?
These are big questions we need to know in order to properly build our characters and not waste money on items that don't really work because of the +25 cap.

the devs answered the tailor's 3 questions about this......they said theres still a +25 cap from BE/SEAs, and I assume that food and skill stims stacks on top of that, as it did pre-CU. It shows you get more, but its that same old display bug

i don't know if that's true - isn't there now no cap on any skills? with this change came teh diminishing returns concept on skill mods, so a +36 skill mod will not have the same effect that it did before the CU. i havent heard any comments on specifically clothing mods, but that was the general idea behind the new skill mods.

Theres no cap on mods, but yes, diminishing returns will limit how much you really need to squeeze out. There still is a +25 per skill mod cap from BE tissues and SEAs, but remember that theres general and weapon mods for speed, acc, and defense that stack to +50 for both. Realistically, you'll never hit the DR cap, on the CU alpha boards we calculated it at about 140 for speed....figuring about 115 base speed, +25 general and weapon speed SEAs, and a +10 speed skill stim, the most you'd ever get to is 175 by yourself. After about 120-140 speed, maxing accuracy is going to be much more important
