I never expected to see this drop. I remember it from before the Combat Upgrade. Someone as low as a Medic could use it. This old relic has a new function, but has the old description.

"Medicine specifically designed to heal wounds to the Action Pool. To use it, click on your target (they should be your loot-at target) then click on the medpack and choose the option to heal your target. Alternatively, you can put the medpack in your toolbar, choose your lookat target, then hit the quick-key that corresponds to your medicine."

Pretty funny huh? The stats for it now are:

I used it once to heal my wounds for 25, and it didn't use upone of theuses. Has an option on the radial menu to add it to a Doctor Bag.
