Well I've been gone for about 6 months, came back about a month ago... and I'm finally used to the CU and the pubs I missed, but one thing I noticed is I haven't looted or heard tell of anyone looting any clothing with skill mod enhancements ? Whats up with that ? Did the devs nerf that aswell ?
