ok so some bandoliers can be used like backpacks for storage when equiped... are these only given to players who are "neutral" for space or are there other ways then can be obtained? i'm sick of hanving a dumpy backpack

Nope, only way to get them is through neutral pilot, even though they look kickass compared to most backpacks

However, if you can find a newbie who's not trained beyond neutral pilot 1.1.1.1 (I think the bandolier is given at the 3rd. skillbox you get), you can ask him if you could buy it. If he drops his skills and retires as neutral pilot he can enlist again and get himself one as well by training again. (This is where you can offer to escort him to level him faster)

At least, It worked as an Imperial pilot a couple of months ago - I have about 3 full TIE suits that I ground out myself from Imperial pilot 1.1.1.x

Only in the privateer missions have i found them. It be really nice if you could wear it with a backpack

well i'm only tier 1 reb pilot, i could drop it no prob, but i am hating this backpack and want a friggen bandolier that i can actually use for somethng

Ithorians get one no matter which pilot faction they join. It's a cooler Multipocket bando from the rebels.

I'm not too fond of the pukey colored Mercenary bando Privateers get.

If you talk to the trainer in the back of the cantina at Mos Eisley, you get the bandolier in 3 MISSIONS, not levels. Takes under an hour.

But you do have to be a neutral pilot to equip it.
