I looted one of these tonight while killing NPCs. Im wondering if these are the computer looking pieces with the holo screen going all around it? If it is i will trade this schem for a fully made Technical Console with holo screen

theres no way of knowing, besides you can probably get a couple schems off the bazaar and craft them all

Oh ok well i want to find out. I cant craft this item myself since im not an Artisan. Thats why i was looking to do a trade

oh well just shout in a major city that you needa simple item crafted and theres bound to be someone around.

It takes an Architect (with Furniture 4 I think) to craft the technical console schematic. I've made several of them, both with and without the holonet. I buy the schematic from various peoples' vendors & the galaxy-wide bazaar.
And yes, there's no way to tell if the schematic is with or without the holonet until you learn it and start the crafting process.
