Wish I could help you on this one. I can tell you that they are trying to be more helpful with players problems.

Not sure if this is where this belongs as I've been away a while and the boards have changed but it is an item. Just logged in today after a 2-3ish month break to find new veteran rewards. I was checking out my new "deed" and looking at the resources I could select when I got knocked off line. I had not slected any resources yet, I was just looking. Anyway, When I logged back in the "USE" button was missing from it's radial dial. I tried dropping it, picking it back up, putting it in the bank, transfering it to my alt...etc. Nothing works, the USE button is just gone.

I realize the chances of someone fixing the problem if I submit a ticket is most likely slim (at least that's how it used to be, I have heard some changes have been made to that system). However, I would just like to know if others have perhaps had the same problem and if so what (if anything) was done to fix it.

At this point I really seem to only have two options: 1: create a ticket or 2: wait for a server restart to see if that fixes it (Which I also just found out now only happens 3 times a week....)
