I wasn't planning on quiting SWG anytime soon, i started to realy enjoy it, but for some reason it seems this new patch has destroyed melee and turned ranged into gods. +Root for the win in pvp and kiting, +Dmg from npcs = Screwed over melee 1 more time. Looks like i've once again come to the end of my enjoyment in only 3 hours of playing today. Hope they actualy add better armor and weapons because lvl 85 nightsisters are absolutely brutal with their dmg and force powers now.

Translation: Stuff is as it should logically be, so I dissaproove.

I agree completely. To help speed the "when" up a bit, it might be a good idea to let the new core systems correspondent know in his thread about core system issues. The sooner we manage to inform the devs that loot is a priority issue, the better.

We're planning on adding several new and interesting loot items into the game, to coincide with the increasing challenge of some encounters, while balancing the baseline damage ranges from normal NPCs to ensure the overall difficulty level of the game does not increase.
anyone see any proof of this?

wow...tks cpt obvious...usually that means that it will be released with the patch. so far what i've seen from the "Improved" npc's...the upper echelon aren't even soloable by full temp m def jedi. that or once again...they improved something in the hopes we'd hunt it...only to realize all we're getting is stupid credits over and over.
