i put down 2 BER 13 harvesters and i have 3 days power left on them, where or how do i get power? what kind of power do i use?

radioactives... you can collect them using a Fusion Ion Generator...
Solar power generators for solar energy
Wind Energy Harvesters for er... wind energy 
Or use a veteran reward kit which powers a harvester for free.

i got 2 SPH kits, is it like a ADK where if i destroy the harvester can i get the SPH back or can i simply take it off?

You will get it back automatically when you retreive the harvestor.

If you use the veteran reward item-self power deed by targeting harvestor and then use the radial option of vet item.
Once done you will get a auto mail saying that this harvestor has been converted by vet reward or something along that line and yes once you redeed the harvestor you will get the vet reward back
