It is a known issue and they are working on it. My friend is in the same boat as you. He had no expansions before CU and purchased the Retail version and I think the problem lies with the claiming of both deeds, the yacht and the barc. I can understand the frustration though.

well i heard its 1 BARC per account (which means only1 server) i may be wrong but... (just say u din get one so you can get extra.

Its only one barc one account . You can only use for one server . Cant have a barc on two galaxies. Unless u buy another copy.
