The Bellbulab-22 is the starfighter General Greivous had. The one Obi-Wan uses to escape Utupau in Episode III.

The Bellbalub-22 is General Grievous' fighter. Also sometimes called the "Space Pimp Taxi" and the "pimpmobile" by some fans because.. Well... It just looks has that sloping look of the cars the stereotypical pimps in old cop shows used to drive.
It's a pretty agile ship and can carry some big guns, however it's hard to see out of the cockpit in first person and in third person the engines are so darn bright that it's blinding. Unless you're neutral, go for one of the factional Epi III ships instead of this one. They're easier to get and look better too.

why do folks say its Grevs fighter? its in the background when Obiwan fights him... no other association,
Grevs ship was that massive cruiser

I agree, we never saw him fly it, but according to StarWars.com, it is his personal starfighter.

Episode 3 was so badly edited in my opinion, that there
was probably a scene filmed with Grevious in the fighter.... who knows,
Episode 3 was a great movie, just badly edited.

It's the ship Grievous is trying to escape to just before Obi-Wan kills him, hence the association as his personal fighter.
