I put it in my factory by accident, and can't get it out, also can't destroy the stucture

Is there a command to pick it up or anything or is it lost forever?

Only get your factory and the deed will go to inventory.

Are you trying to pick it up, or have you tried dragging it into your inventory?

I've found that some items like paintings and, yes, vet rewards need to physically be dragged because the radial to pick them up refuses to show up.

Hmm... I haven't tried dragging it... I'll try that later, thanks for the suggestion =)
