hi,

are the woven rugs(or other rugs)only npc furniture or is it a quest reward or something else??

I want to have one of these rugs.

there was a bug where you could get them for awhile, it was an error. They are for the most part only npc furniture. Impossible to get anymore

He was talking about a while ago in the game. The game bugged and you could pick up items in houses of NPC's. You cant do it now
