Thread: imp sgt. shulder pad
First, be sure to be rebel Combatant. Then, head to Singing Moutain Stronghold on Dathomir. Near there, you'll find a camp of Singing Moutain, enter this place. One of the Sisters there will give you a quest to go and kill a group of stormtroopers, and the sergeant will loot this.
Sorry if I'm vague, I have the exact wp of the Stronghold IG, but can't access it right now... But really, it's not that hard to find, just head to SMC POI on Dath

I guess to add a little commentary....
Its a little west and north of the Singing Mountain Clan POI. Inside, its the second SMC NPC that you come across. She sends you to kill a storm trooper who is accompanied by two other storm troopers. They are all lvl 25 I believe. Once you kill the main storm trooper, the chest plate will be in your inventory. Put it in a back pack and redo the quest as many times as you want.
As mentioned, you have to be combatant to even get the quest.

It is a 100% Drop - just dont turn it in
Its un-wearable as well
