I got it as a reward for killing Pwwoz (sp?) in the Mensix mining place at the end of a quest. It says reuse timer 3600 sec (1 hour). I love it when NPCs get the "you cannot knockdown recovery while knocked down" bug

Besides from increased offense, what does it do? Does it increase attack damage, speed, elemental damage? If so, by how much? How long does it last? I didn't have time to test it and I won't for several days. Thanks to anyone who has it and can let me in on the info.

Gives you +100 Health, +20 Melee Speed and +20 Ranged Speed. Lasts for 5 minutes I believe.

Correct.

I actually like it, as I notice myself attacking faster after activating it. Not a bad little loot, in my humble opinion.
