OK after trying and sampling some resources on Mustafar. I had wicked wounds. The mining suit stops any wounds. You can sample all day.

stops wounds just from sampling or all wounds (including combat). I doubt it's all wounds...

Whoopie...
I'm so glad that I bio-linked this item without knowing what it did.
I guess you could say that's my own fault but surely the description on the itemshould tell you what it does?? Had I tried to guess at the benefits I think 'protection from sampling wounds' would have been about 1000 on my list!

Next question, can you sample dangerous resource on other planets than Mustafar? Just curious.

Clothing toughness.... hmmmm, i thought protection from lava dmg
but no wounds from sampling THAT'S AWESOME!

Lol, it is, ever tried sampling radioactive? that wounds you a little every time you're successful

hmm - I sampled copper and some gemstone on Mustafar and I never got wounded - never had the mining suit either - maybe it depends on WHAT and WHERE you're sampling

I got wounded while I was sampling near the Lava, with the suit nope

You can sample with the Mining suit on Lava on the Skiff no problem and no wounds.

u want protection to lava damage?
use fire res neclace...it have +25 fire res and ghive protection to lava damage( u can't walk normal in lava lol but u have some res more...tested)
