Thread: How do you get a bionic arm?

I've seen a ton of people with these and they look cool. Where do you get them and how do you get it attached?
Is it like a surgical procedure you need to pay for or as simple as equiping it in your inventory? Do you chop your own arm off? LOL
What if you want your old arm back, can you get a clone or something?
Are there any other bionic parts or just arms?
Can a newbie player get these or are they elite items that require weeks of questing and grinding? I dont have much money or exp yet.

some of them are quest rewards with various abilities but you can get random robotic limbsfrom cloning after death (these have no abilities tho)

Nightsister Stronghold Dathomir. You need to enter the main compound and target the NS Elder. The type /snog. Keep doing this for an hour and you will acquire the NS Force arm with plus 20 to accuracy. Make sure you dont insure anything .
