you need a restore kit for Any vehicle now

but why you would spend credits on a repair kit for a 20k swoop no clue.

But yes they made it so you can repair the disabled rare vehicles AV's Jetpacks Barcs with a repair kit.

They were only repairable at garages for a short time as it was not intended because the repair kits provide the avenue for space miners to make money and open another aspect of the economy.

AV-21s, Jetpacks and BARC Speeders can be repaired at a Garage and yes they require a repair kit to compleat the task.
