I know there is a 5% chance with a MELEE weapon to hit w/ Electic dmg


BUT what about the /cyborgLightning special attack?


Is it a ranged attack?


Or is it a Melee attack?


IF ranged - how far in terms of distance can you hit the target from?

its Melee, and it sucks....really bad

The damage mod on the arm is still bugged so it may get better

sounds sucky to be sure



they should mention that the /cyborgLightning attack that can deal damage to players is a melee attack imo - doesnt say so on the arm

Once they fix elemental damage it may improve significantly.
