Purpose: Which NPC drops what loot item? Where?

Up-to-date/Better Format:Patch 12 Loot Table, and props to the creator! I have been so very busy lately that I couldn't update my thread any longer. But keep on posting! Your help created a perfect look-up-table for loot items 
OK, yesterday I ran around a looted NPCs just to find out which NPC drops which item. I will continue to do so when I am home from work and write down my findings in this thread (for my own memory). I'd be very pleased if you could help me Please, post which item dropped from which NPC. I will add them to this listing. Thank you! These all come from those thugs outside Kaadara as well as the...thingy that combines them. I forgot its name, but it isn't listed. I've got tons and tons of them, but they don't work so don't bother trying to put them together yet.

They DO work...you just didn't get all the parts yet. If you try to put duplicates of the same part into the same kit...it won't accept it. These 3 items are off of Skaak Tipper Thugs, along with the Datadisk Repair Kit.
