If you have a CA or AA with 3 mods and 1 slot, does the highest # stick like before the CU? Or is it different now?

Also if you have 3 mods both +10 on an SEA and 1 slot, which one will stick then?

Okay I didn't realize they had changed the system until you asked this question. I was curious so I just tested it on some crappy mods.
ALL mods now apply to an item, so if I have
Armor Exp +10
Weapon exp +5
Droid exp +5
All on one attachment, and I apply that to something with 3 sockets, all those skills will stick and it will take up all 3 sockets.
Now on your other question, when applying an attachment with 3 skills into an item that only has 1 socket left, the same rules will apply pre CU, the highest mod will stick, incase of a tie, the one that is listed first will stick.
This is good and bad news. Good news you have a much better chance at getting the skill you're looking for. The bad news you will only be able to really put 2 skills that you WANT into an item, unless you get lucky and get all the skills you need on one attachment.
