anybody know how long between killing necrosis and the "truen lorns servant doesnt replie" message gong away is? and if it affects all instances or just the one were he was just killed?

Although there was one time where it felt shorter...like only 20min.

Only affects the instance your in, so if you really wanted to you can visit each instance after each kill. Assuming noone beat you to it first.
