Level 4 Black Suns in Endor Space and reports of drops from level 5s in Kessell and Deep Space though I have never seen this, also reports of drops in Kashyyk space, but again never seen this.

I fogot what mine dropped off of. Lvl 4 or 5 in space. Wasn't one of the normal groups people are after.

i've heard of them dropping in kashyyyk space as well but never tried looking there...a guildmate actually looted one in space there

I've heard countless people say blacksun drop them above endor... but I just spent 5 hours flying around endor space and didnt see a single bloody blacksun at all. everything I killed, didnt even drop the regular spacecrap loot I got nothing to show for my wasted 5 hours.

so seriously from someone who's gotten these, where?! what were you fighting? and can you provide a waypoint because so far everything everyone's said up to this point has been bullcarp.

Drop rate is low. The only issue I have is either decrease the drop rate of other smuggler tools or increase this one.

got 2 off of a Blacksun Destroy mission, and one from a Rebel Gunboat in Kessel.

Blacksun duty missions, I've gotten 1 ICB off each ENTIRE (read hundred or so Blacksun) duty.

how do you get to the level where you can get this duity mission. So far I cant figure out where the blacksun spawn to go pick off myself, or where the duity misisons start from.

BS duty missions are picked up from a pilot trainer ( somebody help with the name of this chick, can't remember atm ) in Theed Palace. Where in Theed Palace you ask?? There is a stairway (to the right ) leading off the main hallway that takes you to the Queen, go up these stairs, and you will see the trainer. She will offer you several types of missions, the last option is for the BS duty in Endor space. Not sure what lv pilot you need to be, but would imagine at least 4333. As far as the drop rates, don't get too excited, i have lost track of how many of these i have run through, and not one single ICB.....oh well

Took 6 full blacksun duty missions (tier 4 RSF pilot trainer gives it in theed palace) and managed to get one stinkin booster.
