Feh. So much for that list of items presented to us earlier, eh, devs? Why in the hell did you even ask our opinions then, if the only reward was going to be a friggin' hologram? Yes, the holograms are nice, but they're a trinket, nothing more.

What's our three-year vet reward going to be - a hologram of a hot cocoa sampler box?

I am not someone who cares much about house decorations, I want something i can use like a tool, a house, a weapon, a piece of special clothing, etc.. Something that makes paying 15 dollars a month for 2 years worthwhile.

You can get holograms and rugs from missions and loot kits, you cannot get anything close to as useful as an ADK or resource kit from anything but vet rewards. So why would they get so lazy and delay the 2 year rewards to give us this?

I didnt expect something as game changing as an ADK, but at least someting useful

It's been posted by a dev that in hind sight the ADK wasn't such a great idea. Sure alot of the community loved it, heck I love mine, but an item that basically shafts another profession by making them obsolete to you isn't such a great idea (adk your legendary weapon and you never have to see a WS again).

I too was kinda disappointed in the choices for rewards. There was much discussion on what would be great for 24months of devotion to a game that has been through some major ups and downs. The community gave the development team lots of ideas, lots, and what do we get in return?A deathstar hologram? A couple of rugs? Just another example of the dev team not listening or unable to produce from recommendations offered by the player base.

i think the biggest mistake is that SOE somehow forgot to list an option 'for the field.' i mean, holograms and rugs and such are good for people who want them... i'm sure there a collectors out there that are thrilled... but this still gives us combatants nothing to work with. i mean, whatever happend to that link with soe's tenative plans of a 'bunker house' or the 'at-pt,' i just don't get it. Not to mention that i claimed the rewards on a server that is not my primary, just to see what they were, then finding out that you can only claim them once per account . But in the end... people are going to get pissed no matter how silly the reason... and the last thing that SOE needs to do is piss of its clientell
