Does anyone know how often they drop SEA's? If I don't need to have MBH on my alt for the missions/loot I'd rather pick up mpistoleer or something but if nothing else drops SEA's...

From my experience only theCorsair Captain has a semi-decent droprate. Never tried Nym's NPC's

A non-mission, randomlevel 56 Nym's Elite somethingorother dropped a CA +10 to Cure Efficiency last week.
