i'll need to get the best gun for my BH but i don't know where to go.
I'm sure it's on kash but don't know where

there is a possibilty to loot one from the house in Keran in one of the Secrets of the Syren quest.
And you will only need 4 power cells/tissues

there is a guide on the quests forum to get access to avatar and im pretty sure it was 5 i had to get but who knows

its a loot drop on the avatar from the guards
yoiu dont need a capped barrel to make the best gun though i used a 31-34 barrel with -4 sac
after slice it came out to 634-1182 dmg 82 sac 2.3 speed and 51 accurcy bonus
other things you might want for this gun include
either enhanced power cells a set of 5 these do sac reduction and add dg
or a set of 5 krayt tissues these onl;y add dmg no sac reduction
also a scope not sure what the cap is now but pre nerf you could get 50-60 np accuracy bonus
