Thread: Where do you get these weapons from?

Hello Guys n Gals,I waslooking through the vendor browser today and spotted some very nice weapons on there which are looted, they are:
Special Ops Bola Carbine
Trandoshan Hunters Rifle Mark-1B (not the normal hunters rifle)
Just wondering what they drop from or are they quests, thanks for any help.

The first one is the reward for completing the latest chapter of Secrets of the Syrens. No clue about the latter.

You get a Trando rifle as a quest reward as part of the series of quest leading upto the destruction of the avatar, you receive it after killing Scratch on the bottom level of the Ryatt trail. Or, you get a WS with the Trando rifle schem to make you one if you can loot the barrels required, they drop from Avatar guards on the avatar and supposedly from the ones to do with the Secrets of Syren Quest.

Looted one has 520 - 1040 2.5 SAC 95 (unsliced), and you can higher dmg, lower SAC, and accu bonus with a crafted one. Although you'll need to choose the right components like I said

This is the crafted version, i had made some. Same - slice - caps like adv. laser (1183,82) but looking "cool" and usually going out with higher mindmg.

Ithink the Mark 1B is the crafted version, which is much more powerful than the quested version when crafted with right components / enhancers. But price is obviously not the same

I have the crafted one, but I actually heard the opposite, that the LOOTED one was better... but I can't see how since I'm damage capped on the crafted one.... (180+ DMG Power Cells)

Mark 1-B can be much better then the quest one...The schem is a loot from the avatar, but the barrell you need is extermely hard to find.

got my barrel from the syrens quest from the trando hunters at the house guarding the pilot.
