One of the easiest ways in my opnion is to do Aakuran Champion missions on Talus. The Aakuran Champions and Defenders spawned at the mission will drop up to +6 attachments and these missions can be done with a novice elite combat proffesion quite easily.

Normally Aakurans also can also drop clothes (belt,shirt,robe) with a +10 mod to disease, poison or bleeding and Aakuran Rings with a +5 Range Defence bonus (You can wear two) but at the moment these don't appear to be dropping at the but should be fixed in the not to distant future.

To get the best chance of high end Aakurans spawning at your mission join up with a solo group to get the mission difficulty rating up. Mission payouts are around 8.3k-8.4k and require at least some form of grouping to be able to get, I think two people should be fine but I'm not sure.

Anyway I wrote this mini guide/comment for those wanting to loot CA/AA without going after those pesky Nightsisters (btw although Nightsisters can drop higher modded attachments I have only looted one from them in the past few weeks compared to at least 40 from the Aakurans)
