They dont re-pop for me anymore , One visit , drive away (even upto 2k) come back and they are still un-popped!

its not an akuan mission problem
i am playing on gorath and every mission lair on talus despawns after hitting the first npc/mob , well not only the lair but the left npc/mobs too
.
Other planets like lok or naboo still working for me , but no akuans there depending to your question
