Where can i find a TIE Pilot Helmet?

From the Imperial Pilot trainer after your 4th mission (after the 3rd you get the TIE Pilot suit).

You can get a 2nd one through the Imperial Themepark out of the Emperor's Retreat on Naboo. Forgot how far into the quests you have to go, but you might as well do it for the badge anyway and get a couple of cool things

Takes less then 3 hours.

I think it was changed. My latest trip through the Imp Themepark I got an AT-ST helmet and suit (white) - its pretty far into the Themepark. If you get that far in, might as well just finish it.

You can also get a white helmet from one of the quest guys at Mos Takie - near the bottom (if your back is to the top of the hill - the guy is on your left standing in front of the last building on the hill) he'll ask you to kill somebody impersonating something, and when you loot him you'll see a helmet. I think to keep it you need to throw it into a droid storage compartment or on a vendor or something and either abort the mission, or take it again to finish.

I believe it's Thrawn who awards the suits in the Imperial Themepark. From my personal experience I see the AT-AT Suit drop 60-75%of the time ratherthen the TIE Suit. Which personally I like more because it is so easy to get the TIE Suit from the first Tier Imperial missions.
