I have a curious question about the Grievance Striker. As most of us know, it's a carbine, and I believe the ONLY carbine that Necrosis drops. I myself am an MBH/Carbineer, so I usually use the Proton Carbine, but would love to switch over to one of those.

My concern is with the cert visibly shown in this screenshot. It says this carbine requires Master Rifleman. Is this old/obsolete, or still holds true? Because if this hasn't been fixed, I'm going to be seriously ticked off.
