Thread: hmm...I seem to be confused, can anyone help? regarding veteran and 2nd anniversay rewards

this is realllly messed up. I submitted a ticket ingame, and as to be expected, the csr couldn't help me, and gave me misinformation. (ie there are no rewards after 12 month)


1-How do I go about getting an anniversary reward? I've been ingame for almost 2 years (692 days). Should I be seeing some message for getting one?


2-the anniversary reward IS seperate from the veteran rewars right?


3-I saw a message for veteran rewards, and now I'm reallly confused, check this out:


If I'm at 692 days, I should be up to what...21 months now?


All I'm seeing are the normal 9month rewards, and even worse...I'm not even seeing the display stand.


Shouldn't I be seeing 15, 18 and 21 month rewards? Please, I hope some csr or dev will see this and try to help...the ingame csr saw that I've already chosen a 12 month....and stopped there.

You have to pick a 9 month reward before it gives you the option for the next stage in the rewards. The anniversary choice will come up after you have choosen all of the veteran rewards you qualify for.


And the display case is only on test center right now. If you want to choose that, you will have to wait until after publish 21 goes live. The same deal with the fireplace at 2 years.
