I noticed the other day that as opposed to Wanted posters and CDEF weapons, I was getting Smuggler slicing tools and Advanced LAser Rifles! Was I amazingly lucky or has it been upgraded?

Ive been getting advanced laser rifles since the CU (from killing rebels), not that it matters though since the ones ive looted have only had about 230 DPS.

As for the smuggler drops, never gotten any off of rebs yet
