Is it possible to claim the 2 year SWG holo gift without previously claiming the veteran rewards ? When I log in, I get the message that I can claim my 9 month veteran reward. I don't want to claim it yet because in the next publish there are additional choices and perhaps some more in future publishes (who knows ?). But I would like to claim the anniversary holo. Did this option only come up if I claim all outstanding veteran rewards before or is there a command to claim only this ?

You have to claim the veteran rewards first. There's no way around it, that I know of.
But you have until August 15 to claim the anniversary reward. And the next publish, with the new vet rewards, is sure to be out before then. So, just wait if you want the newer rewards.
