can these npcs still drop loot? was the nerf just to their creature level or do they no longer have the possibility of dropping anymore?

I am a SOE customer. Now, if they would only treat me like one...
i used to be 4 accts out of 450k active accts
then 2 accts out of 250k
then 1 out of 200k
now 0 of 175k as of dec 25th....
i am a soe shareholder and do know how many active accts there are.

36 months is 3 years danng, thats a such a long time for playing 1 video game, they should reward those people with a jetpack, or some uber l33t item, or like extra skill points.... holos, holos and toys thats all i see, that dont attrack me to play this game that freaking long
