How does one get this? Is it quest? Where does it start? Does it take a while?

Its a quest in the Ryratt trial, i forget the wookies name, he is standing near the Master trail guide. The quest is very easy, takes 10-20 mins tops.

The quest starts with the human dressed as a wookie called Carl. He's on your right when you enter the trail. And yes, there is a POI marker for the trail.
The easiest way there is from the starport to head towards the Dead Forest, then before you cross the bridge to drive on the side/around the bridge and down to the river. Turn right when you get to the river, then you just follow the river.When it branches near the freedom fighter mini-camp take the left branch.
