Built from collecting the parts for the viewscreen printers-the biege type i think, then its random (quite rare) when it produces a picture from it
Got one recently from a Hutt Exporditionary Force Member on Yavin a few week back

i know the leia han and luke wanted posters drop from imps so the tando one my also drop from them.
