You can't get those ones. Which is a shame... I'd like to have a set in my Nova Cruiser in my cockpit instead of the yellow chairs I have now.
But I believe back when JtL was in testing, you may have been able to move them around. I do know you were able to move the access ladder around. Though don't ask me how you were able to get into your turrets when you stuck the ladder in some odd place in your ship.
