his respawn timer is around 2hrs 45 minutes...usually camped by cloaked jedi, and if ur lucky in a 24 hour period he drops probably 1 maybe 2 SEA.

he drops trash mostly, try the aaukan cave or aaukan mission on talus if you want decent SEAs.

Poop loot. I think it has/had a CM skill mod that no longer works or isn't useful.

Nope, it gives +5 to Medical Warfare Efficiency, so you only need +20 in SEAs to cap. It gives you a better stick rate for DoTs.
