i know they are hard to find but I intend on spending some time getting them. If their is an easier place than nightsisters, where i can get +4 +5 and +6s i would like to know. I don't need a +25 (would be great though)

Mods seem to drop randomly. If you are looking for +4's on up, take Aakuan Champion missions from player cities on Talus. They drop higher level CA's. You may get lucky.

All SEAs have an equal chance to have any mod, except AAs never have Jedi mods

Have you tried combing through your galaxy's vendor search?Odds are you could pick up some +4s and +5s pretty cheap from the Aakuan campers, I know there's a few vendors on Lowca that stock hundreds of SEAs under +10 for very affordable prices, and I'd imagine even better now that BH missions are flooding the market with +10 and higher SEAs
